As for my own personal background, I studied bachelor’s and master’s degree of Mechanical Engineering at universities in Newcastle Upon Tyne and worked as an engineer in different industries in the Northeast for several years and always enjoyed getting hands-on during my projects. I soon developed an interest in doing DIY work alongside of my engineering job which gave me the opportunity to apply my technical knowledge and utilise my practical experience, outside of my daily job and I found that quite rewarding and decided to fully invest myself in this line of work.
